Micro Beads or Micro Links extensions are attached to clients’ natural hair without the use of glue, heat or any harsh chemicals. These are attached using a aluminum alloy micro-ring that is safely fastened to customers natural hair. Micro Beads are designed to enhance clients’ natural hair by adding volume, high or low-lights and length. This hair extension method offer flexibility, require no heat and last for 2-4 months. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
- How long do micro beads last? Good question! With good care your extensions will last two to three month. With excellent daily care extensions will last a bit longer. But we do not recommend it, because your hair will grow and bonds may become visible.
- How to take care of micro beads extensions? Treat your extensions as you would your natural hair. Brush your hair with extensions brush at least twice a day, wash it as you usually do, and condition from middle to ends only. Always thoroughly clean hair roots to avoid residue accumulation on bonds.
- Can I swim with my extensions? You certainly certainly can, but we do not recommend it. Salt, chlorine and sun dry out your hair and make it loose shine and softness. Chlorine in particular may change your hair color as well
- Do micro bead hair extensions cause pain? No! Never. Only unprofessional installation may result in painful experiences. If you do experience pain, then change your hair salon immediately!
- How micro beads are bonded to my hair? Micro beads do not require glue or heat for installation. They are bonded through mechanical application of special metallic ring to your natural hair. Some people may consider micro beads more comfortable and cleaner way to wear extensions.
- How often do I need to adjust my extensions? As your natural hair growth your are running the risk of having visible bonds. Therefore, we recommend making salon appointment every eight weeks.
- Can I dye my micro beads? Beauty Locks Hair Extensions Salon uses only natural human hair. As any human hair you can dye it to your heart’s desire. It is best to use ammonia-free hair color to extend extensions life.
- Where does the hair come from? Beauty Locks Hair Extensions Salon uses only natural human hair collected from Eastern Europe. We do not use Chinese or Indian product. Customers will discover our hair to be softer, longer lasting and easier to manage.
